Weekend Recap

Doc and I spent the majority of our weekend inside. On Saturday morning I looked at the weather report to plan our weekend it looked like Sunday was going to the be the best day---sunny and no thunderstorms. So on Saturday morning we went to the farmers market to get our vegetables for the week. In the afternoon we just hung out around the house cleaning and doing some organizing. We took a nice walk downtown and did some window shopping. We got the propane tank filled so Doc could do some grilling. Dinner time rolled around and Doc went out to start the grill and it began to down pour. We ate dinner and discussed our plans for Sunday. We decided we would go kayaking and eat lunch on the beach.

We woke up this morning to it pouring outside....it has continued to rain all day :( We watched a movie first thing ---I took a nap on the couch while Doc finished it. We then decided we would go catch a matinee, we saw Wall-E. It was cute. We went to the co-op to get rice milk. Once we got home I did the dishes and Doc worked on his computer. Doc cooked chicken burgers topped with guacamole and zucchini and summer squash. It was a huge hit!

I'm not really looking forward to the busy week at work ahead of me.
