Moving....

We're packing up our house and getting ready to move 45 minutes closer to work. We'll be living about 4 miles away from work and cutting our commute down by nearly 2 hours each day. There are many things to be totally excited about with our new place.

The Pro's to moving: 1. its ours 2. we're walking distance to everything in Montpelier 3. gas prices 4. quiet neighborhood without scumbags across the street 5. hanging out with friends in the evening without having to work overtime for something to do

The Con's: 1. having to give up our furbabies for roughly a year until we find a house to buy 2. Dom giving up being a selectboard member 3. me giving up being on the school board 4. dogs dogs dogs

I'm getting very excited about moving to our own little nest that we can actually say is completely ours. It was hard living in my childhood home you just never knew what someone would say when you moved the house around. Everyone treated the house as theirs and the dogs as their pets without taking into consideration that it was ours. I hate the thought of putting our babies in boarding but I have to believe that it will all work out for the best!
